Earl Grey & Chai Tea Holiday Gift Boxes
I don’t know how the holidays always sneak up on me. They’re the same time every year. The advertisements and promotions start insanely early. Perhaps the early start makes it seem like there’s more time than there really is.
Regardless, Thanksgiving is this week. Christmas and Hanukkah are right around the corner. Which means… let the gift giving begin! Even though gift giving isn’t the point of the holiday season, I do think it’s nice to show affection for those we love through thoughtful gifts.
If you have someone in your life who enjoys tea, being cozy and smelling delicious then I highly recommend either of these gift boxes.
I love the idea of giving a gift box inspired by tea during the holidays. It is a magical time of year but it can also an incredibly stressful time of year. By the time it’s over, it can feel like you’ve just run a marathon. Gifting tea is a way of saying, “Take a moment. Breathe. You deserve it.”
So, I’ve created an Earl Grey Gift Box and Chai Tea Gift Box from some of my favorites finds this year. All you need to do is click through and order! No thinking required. Plus, most of the items on the Earl Grey Box are on Amazon (yay Prime!) so if you’re getting around to gifts last minute, it should still come together.
Earl Grey Holiday Gift Box
Etta + Billie Earl Grey Soap — $12
I love love love this Earl Grey soap. I love it so much that when Alana (owner + soap maven) had a sale, I bought 8 just to stock up. Etta + Billie soaps are handcrafted in small batches using organic ingredients. This one uses T-We Tea's Guurl Grey Tea right in the soap.
Lord Bergamot Tea by Smith Teamakers — $9.40
This is the tea that inspired this blog and one of my absolute favorites! You can read my review of Lord Bergamot here. This tastes like a high-class Earl Grey tea. It’s more subtle and unique than a typical Earl Grey and I’ve yet to find a black tea drinker who didn’t love it.
Red Raven Hand Painted Porcelain Espresso Mug — $38
So... I know this is an espresso mug. I don’t care. I have found there is something completely wonderful about sipping tea from a smaller cup. You really focus on what you’re drinking because there’s less of it. These Red Raven mugs are absolutely beautiful. They are handmade with beautiful colors and a bit of 14K gold. She has a couple variations plus matching plates if you’re feeling generous.
Chai Tea Holiday Gift Box
Etta + Billie Chai Tea Soap — $12
Like I mentioned above, Etta + Billie soaps are handcrafted in small batches using organic ingredients. This has cinnamon, cardamom and nutmeg plus whole organic milk blended into the soap. It smells absolutely amazing.
Firepot Nomadic Masala Chai Tea — $11
I often find it’s hard to make chai tea from loose leaf and have it taste full flavored. That’s why I love this tea. Simply combine 1 part tea concentrate with 1 part milk for that exotic and spicy chai flavor in full force. Plus Firepot supports Fair Trade practices and donates one percent of all sales to the empowerment of women and preservation of wildlife in tea origins.
Heath Ceramics Stack Mug — $30
You can’t beat Heath Ceramics for beautiful, classic tableware. These are wonderful as a set since they stack but since they don’t come cheap, they’re also quite lovely individually. This mug also comes in two different blues and a brown.
